"I gave the pillow a try since it is very expensive, and I have other Dr. Ho pain relief products and they both work great! You will find it is comfortable when you have the right adjustment on the high and firmness of the pillow. I was hesitant before I made the purchase however I have confidence in Dr. Ho and his products because they have been proven to me Th that they work well and relief my neck and shoulder pains. I am still trying the pillow now as I just have them for a couple of days! I wanted to share this information with those who is hesitate to make the purchase! Pillow did not work for me & Return policy is poor

"This pillow did not work for me. I think partly because I am petite and I sleep on my side. I can see how sleeping on my back could be quite comfortable. My real complaint is that when I read the instructions to return it, it was recommended that I phone first or I might not receive a refund. I phoned over and over only to hear the recorded statement that the wait was long because there were more calls than usual. I waited and waited on hold but could not get through. So I gave up and kept an expensive pillow that I cannot use. I can't donate it as charities will not take bedding. If you want to try it-go ahead, but don't leave returning it to the last minute. You might end up with a pillow you can't use."

Can you put a zippered pillow protector over the pillow along with a pillow case? Are the pillow covers removable and washable? Are the pillows themselves (without the covers) washable?: Hi Donald, yes, you can use a pillow protector over the pillow with a pillow case as long as it fits. It may just be harder to use the hand pumps if you need to adjust the pillow from using a zippered cover and a pillow case. The pillow itself is not washable but the pillowcase that comes with the pillow is. You can use the washing machine and hang to dry.

Do I need to adjust the cushions every night?

With DR-HO'S Adjustable Pillow, you don't have to worry about adjusting the cushions every night. Just find your comfortable setting and press in the Air Lock Clip to keep the cushions at your desired level.

Do the hand pumps get in the way while sleeping?

Definitely not. The two hand pumps located at the left and right side of the pillow can be conveniently tucked into the pockets at the side of the pillowcase so you don't even notice them.

Can I use my own pillow case?

Yes, you can definitely put your own pillowcase over the Adjustable Pillow.

How do I deflate the cushions?

Located above each hand pump is a button that you can simply press down on to deflate the cushions of the pillow. Before you do so, make sure the Air Lock Clip has been released.
