Poor Quality Lead Wires

"Unfortunately before too long, these lead wires no longer work properly. This happened with not one, but 2 of the lead wires that I recently purchased. I have not yet used the other 2 lead wires that I purchased. I had to continually jiggle the lead wires, in order to feel the current from the Dr. Ho Tens machine. I finally just threw both of them away, as it became too onerous to have to continue jiggling the wires, in order to have them engage with the Tens machine. I am very disappointed that the lead wires break so easily. I would like to receive additional lead wires as compensation for the inconvenience that this has caused me. Thank You."

I have a old unit and I need to replace the v2 wire. What is the measurement of the connectors both to machine and pads
HI Elaine, the metal connector to the device measures about 1.5 cm and to the pads 1.2 cm. Hope this helps!
What size are the two pieces that go into the pads? (Not the male piece that goes in the machine.)
