- Is the pillow location adjustable? I am quite short, and adjusting the location of the backrest on the chair back is unlikely to get this in the right position to support my lumbar spine. It's too high. Can it be moved lower? I can move the backrest itself any lower and it's already at the bottom of the chair against the chair seat.

Regarding your concern about the placement of the "H' shaped cushion, the red rubber tabs that hold it in place are moveable. The upper two tabs can be moved to different holes, allowing you to lower the height of the support. However, the bottom tabs are already in the lowest available holes. If you're comfortable with the lower part of the cushion hanging slightly lower than intended, it can still provide effective support. We recommend only stretching for a few minutes at a time, and not performing exercises while laying on the backrest. How can I easily attach and detach the comfort cushion?
For DETACHING the Cushion: Gently pull each soft rubber fastener until all four release from the Perfectback Rest. For ATTACHING the Cushion: Place the Cushion on the Perfectback Rest with the material label on the bottom. Secure the four fasteners by pressing on the head of each fastener while pulling on the stem. This action will cause the wider part of the fastener to slide through the hole in the Perfectback Rest, locking it into place.
